Polyester Sutures
Polyester suture is a non-absorbable, sterile, surgical suture composed of Poly (ethylene terephthalate). Our uniformly coats its Polyester sutures, providing for an improvement in the physical properties of the suture. High quality materials, combined with precise braiding mechanisms, nearly eliminate the occurrence of post-operative suture fragments in the tissue. Unlike absorbable, and some non absorbable sutures, our Polyester is not subject to degradation, or known to lose tensile strength in vivo.
Distinctive Characteristics of Braided Polyester Sutures
•Coated Polyester allows for an easier passage of the braided strands through the tissue allowing for smother usage and less irritation.

PDS or PDO Sutures
PDS Sutures, also called PDO Sutures, are sterile monofilament Synthetic Absorbable Sutures composed of the polyester, poly (p-dioxanone). Polydioxanone suture provides wound support for longer period as compared to other synthetic absorbable sutures. Polydioxanone suture also offers far superior tensile strength.
PDS Sutures or PDO Sutures (Polydioxanone Sutures)
Polydioxanone suture is made from polymerizing para dioxanone monomer. PDS sutures provide wound support for longer periods up to 50 days and offers far superior tensile strength and outstanding pliability. Continue reading
Polypropylene Sutures
These monofilament polypropylene sutures are blue colored for easy identification during surgery. They also do not support infection as well as tissue rupture. Used for orthopaedic, plastic and micro surgeries, general closure and cardiovascular they also conform to the USP standards. Avoid damage to the surface of the suture.
Monofilament Polypropylene Sutures
Material: Synthetic, Polypropylene Suture. Blue coloured for easy identification during surgery. Continue reading
Nylon Sutrues
We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of Nylon Sutrues (Monofilament Polyamide). These are non-absorbable sterile surgical sutures which are known for their tensile strength and excellent knot security properties. These can be easily removed with no tissue adherence.
Nylon Sutrues (Monofilament Polyamide Sutrues)
Being monofilament, Linex is remarkably smooth, soft and gives excellent knot security. Posses excellent tensile strength. Easy removal with no tissue adherence. Continue reading
PGA Sutures
Our PGA Sutures are made from 100% Glycolide popularly known as PGA Sutures. This is an ideal and time tested synthetic absorbable suture, widely used by surgeons all over the world. PGA’s superior features over catgut is predictable absorption, outstanding tensile strength, in-vivo inertness and excellent handling properties.
PGA Sutures (Polyglycolic Acid Sutures)
Virtues:
Petcryl tensile strength surpasses even the standards set by U.S. Pharmacopoeia and substantially higher than catgut Continue reading
Silk Surgical Sutures
We are a leading manufacturer of braided silk sutures of good tensile strength which is retained for long time in tissue. These are uniformly coated with silicone which provides easy passage through tissues.
Braided Silk Sutures
Material: Entwined thread from silk worm larva. Treated with silicone or wax to give strength and smooth surface. Continue reading
Catgut Sutures
Most widely used in the surgery. Good tensile strength. Excellent handling property & easy to knot, even in depth. Twisted multifilament with virtually monofilament finish.
Catgut Sutures
Material: Catgut, a natural absorbable suture is obtained by longitudinally slitting the intestinal submucosa of sheep and goat, twisting the ribbons and joining them in wet condition giving monofilament finish. Available in Plain (ivory colour) and Chromic in dark brown colour. Continue reading
